Effective June 2, 2025 High Plains Bank will be offering eStatements.

If you are registered for online banking, when you log in to online banking, on or after June 2nd, 2025, and select the documents tab to view statements, you will be prompted to review the Electronic Delivery of Bank (Account) Statements Consent and Agreement.

• If you click “I Agree” you are enrolling in eStatements and authorizing High Plains Bank to turn off your paper statements. Upon receipt of your consent, we will notify you at your registered email address each time we prepare a statement for an account you have with High Plains Bank. We will send you an email letting you know that the eStatement is available for you to view online.
• If you click “I Disagree” you will NOT be enrolling in eStatements. You will receive your statements through mail and will not be able to view your statements electronically.

     Want to be able to view your Statements electronically AND still receive paper statements?

• If you would like to still receive paper statements but also view your statements electronically, you will need to call the bank at 580-822-4466 and talk with a customer service representative.

If you are not registered for online banking, you can contact your local branch to get registered. Once you are registered, you may sign up for eStatements.
