Lost or Stolen Debit Card?
If you suspect or have a compromised debit card, please call the closest branch during the
hours of operation. If you have Online Banking, please login in and block your debit card to prevent any further loss
or damage. Follow the steps below to block your card:

Log in

Select your card from the list

Select the “Block” button

Select the “Confirm” button
Now your High Plains Bank debit card has been successfully blocked.
If you do not have Online Banking, please call your local branch to report a lost or stolen card
debit card. If it is after business hours, please call 888-227-3096.
